please allow up to 14 business days for shipping, certain products are made to order, Unless otherwise stated.

shipping automatically applied at checkout, flat rate of $10 for shipping in Canada (NO TRACKING), via Canada Post. tracked shipping is available for a higher fee if you select that at checkout. Free tracked shipping on orders over $125.

shipping will be available for anywhere else in the world, may be subject to duties/customs taxes on delivery - which are at the expense of the customer. send a line if you have any questions! (Email form at the bottom of the page)

Sarcastic Shrug Society is not responsible for any lost packages, especially if you choose untracked shipping, and will not re-ship out past orders where mailing address was incorrect.

If you live in the Edmonton and surrounding areas and want to pick up your order, select ‘LOCAL PICK-UP’ at checkout, further instructions to follow in an email once your order has been placed. *In Calgary every so often, will also accept meet ups in the Calgary area in the future once things are in place.
